Requirements

Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Client service skills.
Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
Capability to work with a diverse client base.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome, appropriate assistance, and a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, creating personalized interactions to positively impact sales and service.
Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
Accurately manage the floor waiting list if applicable.
Ensure the hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas, and performing POS functions after purchase decisions are finalized.
Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
Support with inventory and special projects as needed.
