Requirements

Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Client service skills.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
Capability to work with a diverse client base.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome, appropriate assistance, and a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to foster personalized interactions, positively impacting sales and service.
Provide assistance at the engraving station, if applicable.
Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
Support the sales team with tasks such as boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, maintaining neat POS stations and sales floor areas, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
Support inventory management and special projects as needed.
