Requirements

Responsibilities

• Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome, appropriate assistance, and a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to foster personalized interactions, aiming to positively influence both sales and service.
• Provide assistance at the engraving station, if applicable.
• Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
• Maintain the hospitality area with adequate stock, orderliness, and cleanliness.
• Report any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
• Support the sales team with tasks such as boxing and wrapping items, restocking POS and gifting supplies, maintaining neatness in POS stations and sales floor areas, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
• Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure smooth store operations.
• Help with inventory management and special projects as required.
