Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome, appropriate assistance, and a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, fostering personalized interactions to positively influence sales and service.
• Provide assistance at the engraving station, if applicable.
• Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
• Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Report any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
• Support the sales team with tasks such as boxing and wrapping items, restocking POS and gifting supplies, maintaining neatness in POS stations and sales floor areas, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
• Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
• Support with inventory and special projects as needed.
