About The Position
Diesel is hiring a Seasonal Sales Support team member for its Citadel Outlet store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role supports store goals and personal sales goals by providing excellent customer service and representing Diesel’s brand and values. The position focuses on building brand awareness, supporting a strong business, and delivering a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate is a brand ambassador with a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture, an interest in retail innovation and fashion trends, and a talent for building client relationships. Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon request.

- Ability to build relationships with clients and provide a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist with achieving store goals and meet personal sales goals through excellent customer service and representation of Diesel’s brand and values.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company history, customer service, product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver individual performance in line with Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, and merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Perform all Omni Channel services and initiatives.
