Requirements

Strong Analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Organized and detail oriented
Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Nice To Haves

A college/university degree.
Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.

Responsibilities

Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, supporting the store in achieving sales goals.
Capture client data during interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence, partnering with Sales Professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities.
Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and acting as a brand ambassador.
Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
Utilize deep product knowledge, service, and care instructions to maximize client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional operational support, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, and processing jewelry repairs.
Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, assess accuracy, and report discrepancies.
Partner and communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, management, and clients regarding product, service, repairs, shipping, and inventory.
Support company operations efficiency objectives by maximizing productivity and providing feedback on process changes.
