Requirements

Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome, appropriate assistance, and a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to foster personalized interactions, aiming to positively influence both sales and service.
Provide assistance at the engraving station, if applicable.
Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
Communicate any potential client service issues to management.
Support the sales team with tasks such as boxing and wrapping items, replenishing Point of Sale (POS) and gifting supplies, maintaining neatness and organization in POS stations and sales floor areas, and performing all POS functions post-purchase.
Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
Support with inventory and special projects as needed.
