About The Position

Reporting to a member of store leadership, the full-time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal business periods, helping to deliver a seamless and elevated experience for every Moncler client. Working across both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH), the Seasonal Sales Support Advisor partners with Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and store management to support client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and other activities necessary to meet the increased demands of the business. The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor embodies the Moncler values and Client Promise, serving as a positive, professional, and resourceful brand ambassador while contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Client-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to support wherever needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable, punctual, and flexible.
Interest in Moncler and the luxury fashion industry.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge, store procedures, and operational standards.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible availability is required throughout the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
Assist with client requests and help connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or member of management.
Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
Support daily product flow, including replenishment, go-backs, stock organization, and movement of merchandise between the BOH and FOH.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise as directed by management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient BOH and sales floor.
Assist with inventory activities, cycle counts, and other operational needs as requested.
Support the maintenance of Moncler visual merchandising standards, including product organization and repositioning.
Help ensure merchandise is appropriately handled and readily available to support client and business needs.
Act as a team player and provide flexible support based on the needs and priorities of the store.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
Maintain Moncler standards for professional presentation, grooming, and behavior.
Follow all Company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and a sense of urgency, particularly during high-volume periods.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management and/or the Company.
