About The Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. This is a flexible seasonal contract role, with opportunities available between April and September 2026. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with the potential to continue working with Kognitive after the seasonal contract concludes.
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable travelling within your assigned territory
- Outgoing and confident communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Work outdoors at assigned gas station locations within your territory
- Educate customers on financial product features and benefits
- Drive sales, customer sign-ups, and brand awareness
Benefits
- Paid training and ongoing coaching
- $17.60 per hour base wage plus uncapped commission
