About The Position

Seasonal Sales Associates support the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel businesses within a store location. They work as part of a high-performing team, build customer relationships throughout the sales process, use established selling techniques, and contribute to store sales goals. The role also includes merchandising and other store projects, stock counts, and cashier duties. Associates may have the opportunity to work voluntarily at multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands.

Requirements

• Customer-service skills and a customer-focused approach to delivering a high-quality experience.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of a work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Encourage and participate in team selling and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
• Handle cashier duties at the store point of sale.
