The main purpose of the Seasonal Sales Associate is driving sales, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships by delivering superior customer service and assists in the merchandising and maintenance of the floor.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
2+ years of retail experience
Basic Computer skills required
Must be extremely organized
Must possess good math/counting skills
Must have outstanding written/verbal communication
Must have retail/merchandising knowledge

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Greets and assists all EVE guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
Defines, communicates, and maintains high standards of guest service at all times.
Provides a luxury lifestyle experience for all guests as they visit EVE.
Maintains a strong knowledge of offerings at EVE and can guide guests to appropriate merchandise, accessory options, gift ideas, etc.
Anticipates the services sought after by ascertaining the mood and style of the guest; identifies solutions before being asked.
Develops strong working relationships with EVE management, teammates, and vendors.
Actively researches shopping and experiential trends to ensure EVE can provide guests with services both expected and unexpected.
Corresponds with guests who require follow up or solutions.
Participates in and successfully completes all training programs.
Acts as a store ambassador within EVE to highlight the store’s services, amenities, and events.
