About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at its Grand Prairie, Texas (Lake Prairie) location. Team members create an enjoyable store experience, help keep the store clean and organized, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment. The role may involve running around and climbing ladders while selling shoes. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, driven, and willing to work hard.
• Have an interest in fashion, shoes, or current trends.
• Communicate comfortably with customers and others.
