About The Position

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team and ensure a consistent Shinola Guest Experience.

Requirements

Must be 18+ yrs old
Availability to include either/and/or days, nights and weekends as needed for the business.
Must be available to work during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Passionate about helping others
Has personal time management skills
Good verbal communication skills
Team player
Curious, outgoing, positive and optimistic
Flexible and adaptable to a high-change environment
Confident, not afraid to insert yourself in new situations

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent Shinola Guest Experience standards are met.
Ensure Visual and Operational Standards are met.
Greeting guests, answering phones, engaging guests daily.
Gift Wrapping, as needed.
Support the team during peak holiday months, November - January.
Occasionally support store events (in-store, offsite) outside of store posted operating hours.
Keeping all areas of the store clean, presentable, and stocked.
Processing shipments, packing orders and other operational requirements as needed.
Regularly and consistently abides by Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within.
