About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to represent its brand and create memorable, enjoyable customer experiences. The associate will uphold Cotton On’s values and help make a positive impact in communities. They will keep the store fresh and inviting through merchandising and replenishment, and collaborate with teammates to achieve goals and celebrate successes. This is a temporary seasonal position through Sunday, January 10, 2027. It is a part-time, hourly-paid role at $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Retail experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete required tasks.
