About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate to serve as a Brand Ambassador and create memorable, enjoyable experiences for customers. The associate helps keep the store fresh and inviting through merchandising and replenishment, collaborates with the team to achieve goals, and represents Cotton On’s values and community-focused mission. This is a temporary seasonal position through Sunday, January 10, 2027. It is a part-time, hourly paid position in New Jersey at $16.13 per hour.

Requirements

• Retail experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with others to drive results as a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel and safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
