Seasonal Sales Associate (Part Time) - Palm Beach
About The Position
Jenni Kayne is a California-based lifestyle brand focused on elevated everyday living and an inviting, intentional customer experience. The Seasonal Sales Associate provides welcoming customer service, supports sales and client relationships, completes point-of-sale transactions, and contributes to store operations and events. The role also involves communicating business feedback and recaps, promoting the brand’s rewards and social media, and protecting company assets in accordance with company policies. This is a part-time seasonal position in Palm Beach, with an hourly pay rate of $22.00. The rate is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- A can-do attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Availability and willingness to work during peak business periods, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with point-of-sale and inventory management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Comfort working in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing 20 pounds or more from time to time.

- Experience in women's upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer retail.
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs.
- Build client relationships and maintain an updated client book.
- Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions, including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrapping.
- Participate in store operations, including maintaining displays, assisting with stock transfers, and receiving new merchandise.
- Participate in store events.
- Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with the brand on social media.
- Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps.
- Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
