About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and helping create an excellent shopping experience. You connect with customers, offer knowledgeable and personalized fashion advice, support sales goals, and contribute to a clean, welcoming store and a positive team environment. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by following the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge to support customer needs and maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice tailored to them.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
