About The Position

Little Words Project is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing Seasonal Sales Associates in Tampa, Florida, for the holiday season. The role helps guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts while creating warm, personal, and memorable shopping experiences. Associates support sales goals and store operations, keep the sales floor organized and inviting, and work flexibly with the team during busy seasonal periods. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities.

Requirements

Friendly, eager to learn, and positive attitude; retail experience is a plus.
Enjoy talking with people and making guests feel welcome.
Comfortable recommending products and helping the team reach sales goals.
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Reliable and adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.
Team player willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts.
Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Process POS transactions accurately and answer guest questions.
Help the team reach sales goals and KPIs through great service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, with festive and inviting displays.
Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling.
Help capture authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
Work as part of the team, stay flexible, and help wherever needed during the holiday rush.
Take on other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
