About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience and help create and maximize sales. The role is for motivated, upbeat individuals who enjoy customer service and working in a team-oriented environment. Team members contribute to the store’s daily operations, with varied tasks and opportunities to grow with the company.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, self-motivated, and driven to work hard and succeed.
• Have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking with people.
