About The Position

CAMP is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates for its Burlington Mall location to guide families through the retail experience and create a joyful, immersive environment for customers of all ages. CAMP is a Family Experience Company launched in 2018, known for combining retail with rotating themed shop/play experiences. The role is seasonal and part-time, averaging approximately 5 to 25 hours per week depending on availability, from October 25, 2026, through January 31, 2027. Shifts are 4 to 8 hours and span mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Associates must be available to work at least one weekend day per week and key holiday dates; availability for both weekend days is preferred. Compensation is $16.50 per hour, with 1.5x hourly pay on select peak holidays.

Requirements

Must be able to work 4 to 8-hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Passion for selling, customer service, and engaging with adults and children.
Patience, warmth, joy, humor, and strong improvisational skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience or background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or child development/education.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, engage in conversations to learn about their interests, and introduce relevant products to support retail sales.
Work toward individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling.
Lead product demonstrations and facilitate crafting or slime bar activities.
Staff the gift-wrapping station.
Assist with store activations and special events, including birthday parties.
Process customer transactions at the register and share information about upcoming CAMP programs or news.
Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and general tasks to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
