About The Position

Support and maintain the integrity of the Vera Bradley experience through exceptional customer service, upholding store image standards, maximizing sales, and assisting with store operational needs. The role involves engaging guests, providing product awareness, contributing to sales, maintaining visual and store standards, organizing stock, and processing transactions. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and involves physical activity and exposure to fragrances and scents.

• Be able to consistently lift 10–35 lbs and occasionally lift up to 55 lbs, and be able to push or pull more than 55 lbs.
• Be able to work with strong fragrances and scents throughout the work day.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with a retail POS system is a plus.

• Maintain stock room organization.
• Accurately process transactions in a professional manner.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
