The Seasonal Sales Associate assists customers and helps maintain the store’s appearance. The role covers customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance during company-designated seasonal periods. It is a temporary position supporting increased business during high-volume times of the year.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers as they enter and exit the store and approach the front end.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Know promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and assist with selling products.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs throughout the year.
• Maintain a neat and organized front-end work area.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the overall store.
• Complete additional responsibilities or duties as assigned.
