About The Position

Nati Boutique is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join the team for the holiday season. This temporary, 90-day position runs from November through January, with a possible extension based on performance. The role is suited to people who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Seasonal Sales Associates help create a warm, welcoming shopping experience while maintaining the boutique’s brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Full availability throughout the holiday season, including weekends.
• Availability during Thanksgiving week and weekend, and throughout the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, assisting with product selection and styling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
• Assist with sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Support inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.
