About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help create a positive customer experience and support sales at its Port Arthur, Texas, Central Mall location. The role is suited to motivated, upbeat, team-oriented people who enjoy customer service, fashion, and athletic footwear. Associates help maximize sales while contributing to a fun, organized, and energetic store environment.

The work may include interacting with customers, keeping the store clean and organized, and moving around the store, including climbing ladders. Shoe Palace offers a flexible schedule, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow. The hourly pay range is $10.00–$10.00, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and interested in current trends, fashion, or shoes.
• Have a desire to work hard and be successful.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to work well as a team member.
