About The Position

Under Armour is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store during its busiest seasons. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store, supporting daily operations, and assisting with stock duties as needed. Associates work in a fast-paced environment and help customers find apparel and footwear while contributing to store sales goals.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old, or 18 years old in California.
• Be able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Have fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Be available for a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, handheld devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, from greeting customers to processing efficient checkouts.
• Recommend apparel and footwear suited to customers.
• Share knowledge of Under Armour products.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Work in both the front and back of the store as needed, including point-of-sale and payment processes.
• Fulfill customer omnichannel requests through digital experiences in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Take responsibility for self-development and pursue opportunities to improve performance.
• Follow scheduled working hours and Under Armour's attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
