About The Position

Marcus Theatres is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support holiday gift-giving operations through the Marcus Store at Majestic Cinema in Brookfield. This temporary seasonal position involves preparing, packaging, and shipping gift card and gift product orders so guests receive their holiday purchases accurately and on time. Hours vary according to order volume and business demand, primarily from November 19 through December 19, with possible additional shifts before or after that period. Shifts may fall on any day Sunday through Saturday, and availability during Black Friday week is required. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or other seasonal roles is helpful but not required. The estimated pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill holiday gift card and gift product orders received through the online store and other sales channels.
• Pull gift cards and merchandise, prepare orders, and package products for shipping.
• Assist with gift card activation, order entry, and verification to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels, organize completed orders, and assist with daily shipments.
• Help maintain inventory, restock supplies, and keep work areas organized.
• Assist with basic customer inquiries by phone or email as needed.
• Support the Marcus Store team with additional holiday-related tasks as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
