About The Position

CAMP is a Family Experience Company launched in 2018, known for our one-of-a-kind shop/play hybrid experience at physical locations across the country. Each CAMP store features rotating themed experiences where families come to play, explore, and create unforgettable memories together. We believe that play connects us all, and at CAMP, play is bigger, bubblier, funnier, fuzzier, slimier, and sillier than anywhere else. We are looking for Seasonal Sales Associates to join our CAMP team. You will be responsible for guiding CAMP’s families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return! Bring the CAMP brand to life by providing a fully immersive, joyful environment for customers of all ages.

Requirements

Must be able to work 4 to 8-hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Available to work at least one weekend day per week (both preferred) and peak holiday periods.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first attitude.
Passion for selling, customer service, and engaging with both adults and children.
Patience, warmth, joy, humor, and strong improvisational skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience or background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or child development/education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest into the store, start engaging conversations to discover their interests, and introduce relevant products to drive retail sales.
Achieve individual and store sales targets/KPIs through consistent, proactive selling experiences.
Lead product demonstrations, facilitate crafting or slime bar activities, and staff the gift-wrapping station.
Assist with store activations and special events, such as birthday parties.
Process customer transactions at the register and share information regarding upcoming CAMP programs or news.
Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and general tasks to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Perform other duties as assigned.
