About The Position

Nati Boutique is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates for a temporary 90-day holiday-season position running from November through January, with a possible extension based on performance. The role supports a warm, welcoming shopping experience while maintaining the boutique’s brand standards and providing exceptional customer service. It is a part-time position paying $18 per hour. Nati Boutique is a family-owned women's clothing boutique with eight locations—six in Los Angeles and two in New York—and describes its team atmosphere as exciting and friendly.

Requirements

• Full availability throughout the holiday season, including weekends.
• Availability during Thanksgiving week and weekend, as well as throughout the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, assisting with product selection and styling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
• Assist with sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Support inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.
