About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. Associates create an enjoyable shopping environment, help maintain a clean, neat, and organized store, and work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented retail setting. The role involves moving around the store, climbing ladders, and selling shoes. Candidates should be outgoing, driven, interested in fashion and shoes, and comfortable speaking with customers. Open availability during weekends is required. Customer service experience is welcome, and athletic shoe sales experience is a plus. The listed pay is $18.42 per hour, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements
