About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help create a strong customer experience and support sales at its Round Rock, Texas location. Associates work in a team-oriented retail environment, help maximize sales, and contribute to the company’s continued growth. The work is varied and may involve moving around the store and climbing ladders. Applicants should be motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic about fashion and shoes, and available to work weekends. Customer service experience is helpful but not required; athletic shoe sales experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Should be fun, outgoing, driven, and willing to work hard.
• Should be comfortable communicating with people.
