About The Position

CAMP is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to join their team. The role involves guiding families through the retail experience, ensuring a magical and memorable visit that encourages return customers. Associates will bring the CAMP brand to life by creating an immersive and joyful environment for all ages.

Requirements

Must be able to work 4 to 8-hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Available to work at least one weekend day per week (both preferred) and peak holiday periods.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first attitude.
Passion for selling, customer service, and engaging with both adults and children.
Patience, warmth, joy, humor, and strong improvisational skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience or background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or child development/education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest into the store and engage in conversations to discover their interests, introducing relevant products to drive retail sales.
Achieve individual and store sales targets/KPIs through consistent, proactive selling experiences.
Lead product demonstrations, facilitate crafting or slime bar activities, and staff the gift-wrapping station.
Assist with store activations and special events, such as birthday parties.
Process customer transactions at the register and share information regarding upcoming CAMP programs or news.
Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and general tasks to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Perform other duties as assigned.
