About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to provide a positive customer experience and help create and maximize sales at each store location. Team members work in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment and support Shoe Palace’s continued growth. The work is varied and may involve assisting customers, selling shoes, keeping the store clean and organized, and moving around the store, including climbing ladders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
