Responsibilities
- Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
- Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best possible service.
- Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
- Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
- Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
- Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
- Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
- Collaborate with management on inventory management.
- Keep the retail store clean, including floors and bathrooms.
- Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
- Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
- Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
