About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. This role combines customer engagement and styling with sales and business acumen. It involves building customer connections, sharing product and brand knowledge, supporting purchase decisions, and maintaining operational excellence. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
