About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate helps customers find premium-quality eyewear and contributes to the success of Sunglass Hut by delivering an authentic, engaging customer experience. The role involves connecting with customers, recommending eyewear suited to their needs and preferences, and supporting sales goals. Associates collaborate with colleagues and leadership, maintain an orderly and appealing store, and help create an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and coworkers. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals support continued skill development.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
- Communication skills and the ability to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort using technology to support the customer experience and accuracy in transactions.
- Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
