About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help deliver a positive customer experience and support sales in its El Paso, Texas Cielo Vista store. Associates create an enjoyable shopping experience, help maintain a clean, neat, and organized store, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. The role involves active work, including running around and climbing ladders, and is suited to outgoing, motivated people interested in fashion, trends, and shoes. Weekend availability is required. The position pays $10.00 per hour and is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
