About The Position

Little Words Project is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates in Short Hills, New Jersey, for the holiday season from November to January 2027. Associates help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts, create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience, and guide customers through designing personalized bracelets at the Bead Bar. The role supports store sales goals and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Friendly, eager to learn, and positive attitude; retail experience is a plus.
Enjoy talking with people and making guests feel welcome.
Comfortable recommending products and helping the team reach sales goals.
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Reliable and adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Able to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.

Responsibilities

Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find bracelets and gifts.
Make personalized recommendations and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Guide guests through designing personalized bracelets at the Bead Bar.
Process POS transactions accurately and answer guest questions.
Support the team in reaching sales goals and KPIs through service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, and maintain festive displays.
Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling.
Help capture in-store moments and represent the Little Words Project brand.
Work flexibly with the team and assist where needed during the holiday rush.
Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
