About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to help provide customers with the best possible shopping experience and support the company’s continued growth. Associates create and maximize sales in a team-oriented environment, contributing to an upbeat and enjoyable store experience. The work is varied and may include helping customers, selling shoes, maintaining an organized store, and moving around or climbing ladders. The role is seasonal and part-time, with weekend availability required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, hardworking, and motivated to succeed.
• Have an interest in current trends, fashion, or shoes.
