About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for its Towson Town Centre store. The role is temporary seasonal employment through Sunday, January 10, 2027, and is a part-time hourly position paying $15.00 per hour. The associate represents the Cotton On brand and helps create memorable customer experiences, maintains an inviting store through merchandising and replenishment, and works with the team to achieve goals. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Requirements

• Retail experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and in-store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
