About The Position

Little Words Project is seeking cheerful, people-oriented Seasonal Sales Associates in Boston, Massachusetts, for the holiday season. The role focuses on helping guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts while delivering warm, personal, and memorable shopping experiences in a busy retail environment. Associates share the brand’s message of kindness, connection, and self-love, and support store operations during the holiday rush. The position offers hourly pay starting at $18.00 plus commission opportunities.

Requirements

Friendly, eager to learn, and positive attitude; retail experience is a plus.
Enjoy talking with people and making guests feel welcome.
Comfortable recommending products and helping the team reach sales goals.
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Reliable and adaptable, with readiness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.

Responsibilities

Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts.
Make personalized product recommendations and create a welcoming shopping experience, including during busy periods.
Process POS transactions accurately and answer guest questions.
Help the team reach sales goals and KPIs through service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, and maintain festive, inviting displays.
Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling.
Help capture authentic in-store moments and bring the brand to life.
Work flexibly with the team and assist where needed during the holiday rush.
Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
