About The Position

Little Words Project is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing Seasonal Sales Associates in Tampa, Florida, for the holiday season. In this customer-facing retail role, you will help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts, share the brand’s story, and create warm, personal shopping experiences. You will support sales goals, checkout, merchandising, inventory, and the smooth operation of the store during the busy holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts.
• Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Accurately process POS transactions and answer guest questions.
• Support team sales goals and KPIs through great service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, maintaining festive and inviting displays.
• Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling.
• Help capture authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
• Stay flexible and assist wherever needed during the holiday rush.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
