Requirements

Ability to perform all cash register functions.
Ability to maintain store displays and learn/execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom.
Knowledge of and adherence to all safety regulations.
Ability to resolve customer issues.
Customer engagement skills.
Familiarity with promotional materials and loyalty programs.

Prior experience in a retail sales role.

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, abide by safety regulations, and report potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
Engage customers with promotional materials and loyalty programs.
