About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, flexible team player who is passionate about fashion, customer experience, and achieving results. The Seasonal Sales Assistant works in a fast-paced store environment, multitasking to meet customers’ needs and support the store team. The role includes advising customers on fashion and products, completing store tasks, and keeping sales and stock areas organized and stocked.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic and motivated, with the ability to engage customers.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a passion for selling, styling, and fashion.
- Technologically savvy.
- POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming experience while managing multiple customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence.
- Act as a fashion advisor and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Consistently support the management team with business needs.
- Keep the selling floor and stock room neat, organized, and stocked.
