About The Position

Logan Health Children’s, located in scenic Kalispell, MT, is looking for a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team! Located in the beautiful Flathead Valley, Logan Health Children’s is elevating pediatric care across the region. Requirements

Current Montana RN license or compact license required
Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred
RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.
PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.
APHON must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer.
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting
Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable nursing experience to the unit assigned

Responsibilities

Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU
Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed
Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients
Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
