About The Position

To best support our Columbia team and keep weekend scheduling fair and balanced across everyone, we do ask that all team members have open weekend availability. For candidates interested in joining our seasonal team, availability during our busiest seasonal peaks, key holidays, and high-volume weekends is also an important part of the role. Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day!
• Be the face of our organization and represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.
• Build guest connections to grow our brand footprint and store performance.
• Educate guests on product details and personal style.
• Make product suggestions to fit guest needs.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Assist in proactively resolving concerns to ensure guest experience is always positive.
• Support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests.
