About The Position

The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. A day in the life includes receiving, unloading freight, unpacking and delivering newly arrived merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards, preparing and shipping customer’s orders following quality, packing and shipping standards, utilizing inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes, assisting in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general support to the store, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures. Shifts start as early as 3am.

Requirements

A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
