About The Position

The Retail Shipping Associate is responsible for packing the merchandise for shipment and ensuring accuracy in filling all shipped orders. This role requires regular and consistent attendance and the ability to work well with team members, managers, and guests. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managers
Basic knowledge and understanding of math
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to sit or stand for a long period

Nice To Haves

Retail shipping experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Pick, gift wrap, fulfill, and process retail orders
Fulfill and process wholesale orders
Communicate supply, product and order needs with Supervisor/Manager
Assist in receiving of retail product from vendors
Accurately count monthly inventory with team
Work with team to clean, organize, stock and rotate product, and maintain warehouse
Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, POS software, and ship management software daily
Use company machinery (i.e. fork lift, pallet jack, and van) regularly
