About The Position

The company is seeking passionate team members to join as Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to provide energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service in their stores during the summer season. This role involves helping customers embrace adventure by assisting them in finding the right YETI products. YETI stores serve as community hubs for outdoor enthusiasts, fostering connections and shared experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors, thrives in a team setting, and excels at delivering great customer experiences. This position is located in The Domain in Austin, TX, and requires availability for a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. YETI designs durable products that encourage outdoor activity and aims to keep the wild, wild.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule that includes, but is not limited to, evenings, weekends and holidays
