Seasonal Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
The LEGO® Brand Retail team is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Bridgeport Village in Tigard, Oregon. The role provides inspirational guest experiences in an interactive, vibrant store environment and is seasonal and part-time. The position is expected to last until January 10, 2027, subject to change based on business needs. There is potential for the role to become permanent for excellent performers. The associate welcomes guests, provides friendly and engaging service, operates the register, helps maintain clean and visually stimulating displays, and supports stockroom operations, merchandise receiving, and store safety. The role requires availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and a minimum of three days; this is an availability requirement and does not guarantee those hours will be scheduled.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and across a minimum of three days.
- Freely access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
- Meet physical requirements including constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus; and lifting at least 30 lbs.
- Candidates offered positions involving high engagement with children must complete Child Safeguarding Background Screening as a condition of the offer.

Responsibilities
- Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.
- Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
- Perform all cash register functions and process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays and LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with merchandise receiving and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Support an active, hands-on in-store experience that encourages imagination and creativity through play.
