As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you help create memorable visits, achieve sales goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They welcome customers and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, preparing selected merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. They also support teammates through honest, caring collaboration and continually work to improve and achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
